our cars.
Before HAN Motion Studio, we were three friends filming our own cars, trying different camera angles, and editing short videos just because we loved the creative process.
What began with car videos grew into a shared interest in photography, filmmaking, and bringing ordinary photos to life. That same passion inspired HAN Motion Studio: a creative way to showcase real estate using photos property professionals already have.
We are Hirod, Aidan, and Nima — three friends building a studio around the kind of visual storytelling we enjoy most.

Do you need to visit my property? +
No. We work from photographs you supply and have the rights to authorize for video production.
Can I use the video on Zillow and Airbnb? +
Our videos are made primarily for your website, social media and permitted marketing placements. Listing platforms have their own media and branding rules, so check before uploading.
Are the videos filmed walkthroughs? +
No. They are animated photo-based showcases, not footage filmed inside the property.
Can we customize branding? +
Yes. We can include accurate supplied property details, logos and contact information where permitted by your publishing platform.
What photos can I send? +
Send high-resolution files you own or are licensed to authorize for editing, including use with third-party production tools.
Do I have to use my revision round? +
No. Every package includes one optional revision round, but you can approve the first draft without requesting any changes. Additional creative revision rounds can be discussed separately if needed.
How do payments and refunds work? +
We collect a refundable 50% upfront payment after you accept your custom quote. The other 50% is due after the video is completed and approved. You can request a refund of your upfront payment before approving the finished video. Read the payment policy.
How does pricing work? +
Prices vary by scope, complexity, length and number of videos ordered. Packages are negotiable. Tell us about your project for a custom quote.
