How payments work.
We confirm your project's scope and negotiated total in writing before you pay anything.
Pay 50% upfront — refundable
Once you approve the quote, you pay 50% of the project total to begin production. The upfront payment is fully refundable if you cancel before final video approval, even if we've started editing.
Preview and approve your video
We send a preview of the completed edit. You can approve it immediately or request your one included round of revisions. That revision round is optional.
Pay the remaining 50%
After your video is finished and you've approved it, the remaining half becomes due. We deliver your final downloadable video files after payment is received.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
A refundable first half.
Your upfront 50% payment is fully refundable if you cancel before giving final approval of the video, even if production has started.
To request a refund, email hanmotionstudio@yahoo.com with your name and project details. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method where supported. The payment provider determines processing times.
Once you approve the completed video, the remaining 50% is due. Any different arrangements must be agreed upon in writing before payment.

Review the video pacing, wording, transitions, music, branding, and overall feel.
Send one set of notes
If you want changes, send your feedback together as one list so we can complete your included revision round.
Finalize the video
We share an updated preview. Additional creative changes beyond the included round can be quoted separately before starting them.
Correcting mistakes against the agreed brief isn't treated as an optional creative revision.

Is the upfront 50% really refundable? +
Yes. If you cancel before approving your final video, you can request a full refund of the upfront 50% payment.
When do I pay the rest? +
After the video is finished and you approve it. The remaining balance is due before the final downloadable files are delivered.
Do I have to request a revision? +
No. One revision round is included with each package, but completely optional. You can approve the first preview as-is.
How much does each package cost? +
Prices vary and are negotiable. We'll give you a custom quote based on the number of photos, video length, formats, complexity, and number of listings.
Can I pay directly on this site? +
Not currently. We send payment instructions after you approve your quote. Do not email us your card number or financial account credentials.
How do I ask about a refund or payment? +
